Operating model first

Accounting should support the business beyond bookkeeping.

For international and regulated businesses, accounting records also support tax filings, banking reviews, licensing documentation, management oversight and corporate governance.

Document volume, VAT status, payroll, bank and payment-provider activity, currencies, reporting frequency and historical issues should be understood before the recurring scope is agreed.

Do the published packages apply outside the Czech Republic?

No. The published monthly packages apply to Czech entities. International accounting, tax and reporting support is assessed individually by jurisdiction and coordinated with appropriately qualified local professionals where required.

What if my company does not fit one of the published packages?

A tailored scope can be proposed based on transaction volume, payroll, VAT profile, reporting requirements, currencies, bank and payment-provider activity, and the business model.

Are VAT filings included in every package?

No. VAT work is included only where expressly stated in the agreed scope. The Essential package is intended primarily for low-volume companies with a simple filing profile.

Can you support crypto and regulated FinTech businesses?

Yes, subject to an initial assessment. The scope may include accounting workflow design, reconciliation requirements, management reporting and alignment with banking, licensing and compliance documentation.

Do you provide licensed tax advice or statutory audit services?

LEX ARTA does not independently provide statutory audit services or licensed tax opinions in every jurisdiction. Where required, the relevant work is performed or coordinated with appropriately qualified local professionals.

Can accounting support be coordinated with formation, banking or licensing?

Yes. For regulated and cross-border businesses, accounting and reporting are often coordinated with company formation, banking readiness, licensing and AML/CFT workstreams.
